Pros

CITGO offers a great compensation and benefits package. Some benefits are employer provided and employees do not have to pay anything. Work schedule is fairly flexible, offering a 9/80 schedule. Great opportunities for career advancement and CITGO offers training and development every year. CITGO has a great team who coordinates volunteer opportunities for those who want to give back to the community.

Cons

In some departments, it appears that managers fall into their position by default. Some managers do not appear driven and become complacent.
