benefits were pretty good. 401k in particular

I'd be surprised if Citgo still existed in 20 years. No real plan for the future. corruption and nepotism are also part of the culture

Pros

Benefits are great. Two-weeks off get you an extra week of pay. They have an HSA plan and the 401K match is good.

Cons

Management has no clue on what anyone does. They plan extremely poorly; often leaving employees swamped with work and an obligating them to work even during vacation or when sick.
