Pros

Positive culture, competitive pay, work-life balance, good benefits, lots of long-tenured employees, a great place for a 9-5, but not necessarily to grow

Cons

Company is a little stale, work tends to be very tactical, not a lot of room for creative/strategic thinking, the US/Venezuela political relationship is an ever looming risk, favoritism and a preference for Venezuelans tends to guide career growth, questionable corporate future as oil and gas demand declines with no signs that management plans to diversify, great people get laid off while Venezuelans with no discernable function continue to stay employed.

Pros

It's a job that gives you a paycheck and they do give you a week of paid vacation provided you meet the requirements.

Cons

Unorganized work life, no benefits, "corporate" for this location is somewhat unprofessional/aggressive.
