      - Communication is clear - Very supportive leaders - Phenomenal Pay - Tons of room for growth. - 3 weeks vacation just added

      Pros

      If you were lucky enough to get parttime before they stopped offering it. Good people to work with. ok pay

      Cons

      No work life balance Parttime people come first you schedule revolves around them Constant training for beginner sales people. Over and over and over Bonuses are small and very difficult to obtain Customer Service is terrible it is sourced out of country. Customers come to store and yell at you because the are not getting helped.
