Management culture very poor, they don't respects their own rules, they don't want to take care of customers with issues . Deliver broken furnitures that are in back order to get comissions paid customer won't be able to return or change after delivery then they have to wait fo it. The 3 key departments (Sales, Delivery and Customer service) they're not in the same page. Just to finish they reduced payment structure over a 25%

Nothing is ever enough. No matter how hard you try, they are always coming up with new things you need to do. Too many changes, too often.
