      Pros

      Once you are focused you can make over $100k, If you love what you do you never have to work a day in your life . Within 4 years I have accomplished a lot , sent my kids through school as a single mom . Great benefits , Health insurance, Dental etc. Owners do put a lot of work and time in the company and staff. Constantly training all staff to obtain more knowledge for free. Highly trained and skilled associates as well as managements.

      Engaging, team work, communication, products, benefits, reliable deliver team

      Cons

      Compensation isn't adequate, product availability for customers, health insurance is costly. Opening stores without increasing in-stock of products.
