Pros
Seemed great at first with the way they advertise and present themselves. Not great once you’re in.
Cons
-They advertise “promote from within” and raises, but don’t actually implement them. - Long hours with a ton of micromanaging. - No trust between management and associates - Barley 2% raise that you have to constantly beg for and check in with management - No work life balance, expected to drop vacation and life events for work. Even if planned in advance and told to upper management. - Clicky work environment - focused on company image but not on how employees are treated and investing in current employees. which is why turnover percentage is so bad
