As the company continues to grow, it has an ever increasing amount of career opportunities, and champions "promotion from within," leading to leaders and associates having access to ample amounts of greater challenges to take on, and upward career mobility.

      Cons

      City Furniture is a fast growing company, and as is true with any organization that is scaling quickly, there are growing pains. An adaptable, problem-solving mindset are a must to successfully navigate a growing organization's landscape.
