      Great coworkers that made it a fun environment. Good potlucks. Decompression room was awesome

      Favoritism. You would get a promotion based on your likes not on your actual performance

      Pros

      Good working system adopted from Toyota - really nice to see how it works and is being implemented to make for a better working environment and company.

      Cons

      Too many people stuck in the "politics" and older ways of getting things done.

      Great company, but some gaps to fill

      Pros

      Solid pay. Great bonus opportunity. Consistent company growth means you can move up the leadership ladder fairly quick if you have the right mindset and put the work in. The company has many great and fun incentives for top performance throughout the year.

      Cons

      Not many cons for working in the showroom itself. However, apparent lack of accountability for other departments leads to a lot of headaches on the Sales end of things.
