Pros

Good commission compared to other retailers, bonus opportunities each month. Furniture sales is easy to get the hang of.

Cons

Your going to get paid on deliveries and in this environment a lot of the pieces are back ordered for months. Work life balance no matter how you cut is not a thing. They hire anyone so the floor is always packed with negativity. Commission structure has been in a limbo for the past year not sure how it will look like in 2022.

Pros

Opportunity to learn sales techniques and how to become a product specialist. Allows you to have a hand on approach on connecting with clients and being able to benefit their health and way of life.

Cons

The company has high turnover in sales, a lot of competition, lack of operational support and personal development.
