      Fun environment just make sure you show up and produce

      Cons

      No weekends off no restructure of bonuses for management and super hard to get a bonus. Delivery and customer care make it impossible for ot of customers. Schedule is horrible you could be closing or opening every day and no incentive to ever move up the chain unless you are ok with taking $30k paycut Health insurance is costly and very 50/50 on who covers

      Proud of our company and it's Leadership Team during events like the Hurricane Ian. The team has really lived it's core value of Family Spirit. It's been a tough time for the team on the west coast of Florida but they have banded together and really done amazing job helping each other get through. And corporate has done a great job supporting from afar. Very blessed to work with such good people.

      Nothing is every perfect but our culture is about continuous improvement. We always improve. Confident we'll continue to get better for each other.
