Pros

City Furniture is more like a family than a job. They take a genuine interest in the employees. The training is comprehensive and everyone is super helpful. I couldn’t ask for more. I’m glad I found this company.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

if you need work than what choice do you have

Cons

lifting heavy furniture up stairs sucks and not every place has an elevator. And when you average your time spent throughout the day and the percentage you make off the truck its just not worth it. if you hate moving your own furniture your going to hate this job so save yourself and RUN. Also another reason why pay for the work is horrible is that you have to build furniture and check furniture for damage and etc from 6 am until your finished usually its between 6am to 9:30-11am depending on whats wrong... but your not getting paid for that because they give a percentage of the truck which really is not good enough but hey i dont blame them its a business and they have to make it work for them.
