Pros

City Furniture has a great culture but the leadership needs to improve on listening to all the associates from delivery drivers to corporate associates. Listening to associates and make fair and impartial decisions.

Cons

The hours, pay, and diversity of leadership. Too many corporate friendships that give favor to associates.

Pros

Weekly pay, good discounts on furniture and mattresses

Cons

Pay is not what was promised, a lot of work and they micromanage you, very strict, if you have kids DO NOT WORK HERE they claim they are “family oriented” but family oriented doesn’t fire you when your child is in the ER.
