Pros

This is truly a great experience after my first day of training I knew I was going to try and make a career here now 13 years later i still feel the same. There is also a lot of growth within City Furniture and great opportunities to learn so many different aspects of the business.

Cons

Even though I have seen amazing strides in the right direction I feel that our cross departmental communication could be better.

Pros

Opportunity to advance in your career, you are seen as a person and not an employee, remote work available, beautiful facilities, overtime available when business permits, company I feel very proud to work for.

Cons

Rate of pay, not enough time to perform the administrative tasks required without affecting your metrics (bonuses), policies and procedures change without properly being introduced.
