      Pros

      I have worked here over 15 years and built an incredible career. Just like any career there have been ups and downs, but City has provided me with the resources and opportunities to grow and take on new challenges. The amount of growth over the next several years is exciting and I know that I can continue to be successful here.

      Cons

      We're a company in the process of doubling in size over the coming years - that equals growing pains. A lot of new associates who are still learning, plus departments at different stages in this evolution. It just requires patience, teamwork, and someone willing to adapt with the changes. Bring a good attitude and you'll be fine.

      Allows you to work from home!!! Lots of team outings for the winning teams.

      Cons

      Lots of calls...very busy call center. Shared desks - when you are not there, someone sits at that desk
