The culture is male dominated and they do not even notice it and/or will ever admit it. - Leadership is defense to feedback and nothing changes - The entire company is run by family. Everyone is related. The company will place family members in positions that they are unqualified for instead of people with real industry experience - They hire people that are unqualified, to save money - Pay is not comparable to industry standards - No annual reviews - The company focuses on spreadsheets and odd processes instead of focusing on sales and how the company should adapt based on sales
