Pros

Great management and CEO. Good team environment. Excellent benefits and perks. If you put forth the effort and enjoy a professional sales environment you will get paid quite well and have fun .

Cons

You will work weekends and holidays. That is the nature of furniture sales .

Pros

Great training program, great people to work with, emphasis on associates being primary stakeholders.

Cons

I signed up to be a Manager in Training for Operations Management. If you're expecting to start working in an office environment where you get to wear a suit and tie, and use your brains to work with numbers and apply what you learned with your four year degree in whatever business field, this is not the place to do it. You're stuck in a warehouse surrounded by boxes, walls, no chairs to sit for the long 50 hours/week you're expected to work as a Supervisor after the training program. One last point. No A.C and expect to work very long hours.
