Very nice time off request. Good work life balance.

Cons

Management (at least at millenia) is constantly harassing you about everything and anything. Speaking in bad ways to employees. Some of them barely says hello, very impolite.

Pros

My team was great and very helpful. They made me enjoy coming to work. If you have a good manager, they'll work with your needs and be flexible. CITY tries to care for its associates by sending care packages every once in a while. They're also good at showing recognition in morning meetings.

Cons

The budgeting isn't very well managed. Associates are underpaid. If you don't have a good manager, the sick time policy can work against you. There were multiple rounds of lay offs and attempts at restructuring that caused people to lose their jobs

- Constantly changing schedules - Stock is always unavailable and you are not made aware until the day of delivery that the delivery will not happen for customers. - Constant phony positivity from management and executives
