I've had the pleasure of being hired for City Furniture now for the second time. The first time i was very young and for one reason or another quickly abandoned the many opportunities that were presented to me; however, in my time away from the company i have matured and had hopes for a second chance. It may have taken sometime because of my specific situation; but, my recruiter Nickey Ellis took the time to get to know me as an individual and not just turn me away for the poor decision that i made prior. After a very engaging and comprehensive interview process i was presented with another opportunity to work for this amazing company. No other company that i have ever worked for has shown more value for their employees than City Furniture. This is a forward thinking organization with a tonne of opportunity for growth, the training is intense but it is ultimately aimed at helping individuals become the best sales associate possible. The training will also help in developing skills that can be applied outside of the organization.
