Thanks for taking the time to submit a review. In the past few weeks our Service department had implemented shorter routes and as often as possible Associates get a shorter work week to enjoy more time with their families. Our Associates feedback is always welcome and appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We pride ourselves on being a family-oriented company focused on providing our Associates and our customers with a great experience. It is a careful balance to maintain short hold times and still provide excellent service, so that's why we have to create standards for active call time/calls per hour. We're always open to feedback and our goal is to continuously improve. I hope that several of our recent changes (based on feedback) have improved interdepartmental communication in your area.
