We appreciate you being part of our CITY family and your recognition of our efforts to keep our Associates satisfied. As part of these efforts, CITY recently brought on board a Total Rewards manager who is continuously looking at ways to improve our compensation and benefit plans.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review and for bringing up your observations about your former manager. We recently implemented a Leadership Success Model and Development Strategy in all layers of Sales leadership. Among other objectives, it is geared to improve our managers’ leadership skills and to avoid situations like the ones you have described.

Pros

Good team to work with and very nice enviroment. Sales team is team is the most consistent I've ever worked with they help eachother and are very comitted...

Cons

Management culture very poor, they don't respects their own rules, they don't want to take care of customers with issues . Deliver broken furnitures that are in back order to get comissions paid customer won't be able to return or change after delivery then they have to wait fo it. The 3 key departments (Sales, Delivery and Customer service) they're not in the same page. Just to finish they reduced payment structure over a 25%
