City Furniture has great people with the right mindset. Associates are empowered and highly encouraged to improve their own work. Work is challenging, never a dull moment. Constant feedback Constant employee recognition leadership is receptive to improvement

recent lay-offs are making everyone feel uneasy and fear job security.
