Pros

No words at the present

Cons

Company let managers and human resources to humiliate, harass, and retaliate against their employees, unless you are dark skin, creating a distance between razes, no inclusion for all, no support from Human Resources or the owners.

Pros

Potential for money, sort of.

Cons

Zero control over a schedule which is constantly changing, doctor's notes are required even after ONE DAY of being out sick, you have to submit vacation requests FIVE WEEKS in advance to use your vacation time, so you better be able to plan ahead, and even if you do it can still be denied, $20/hr isn't livable anymore and god forbid you don't hit commission. Constant micromanaging that literally never ends. Always being watched. Feels like they check bathrooms too. Dress code dress code dress code. We take all the hits if something goes wrong, even when it's a delivery driver's fault or customer service's fault. By the way, customer care and delivery, horrible. Absolutely terrible. There are very VERY few people who do their jobs correctly. Delivery is running around damaging homes and yelling at customers, customer care is giving out gift cards left and right instead of doing what they SHOULD be doing which is sending out repair techs or replacing furniture. I swear they tell each department entirely different stories, and it all ends up in arguments and stress. Management/HR turns a blind eye to EVERYTHING. Sexual harassment, racism, aggressive behavior, you name it. Refuses to do anything when we say something, then when we get frustrated we're told to "say something as soon as it happens" even though that is all we do all day. They don't protect us, they don't care. They only care about who's bringing in money.
