      Able to learn a few things

      Cons

      The same people move up and get promoted. Unless you’re one of those favored individuals, extremely hard to grow, even when you are one of the top performers and work like a dog. A handful of good leaders in Senior leadership, but overall a lot of micromanagement. Experienced harassment and intimidation from my manager more times than I can count, but left instead of reporting it. Not worth the pay. Extremely disappointing.

      if you are motivated to earn commission based on your own effort this is a great place to work.

      Cons

      it is retail so the hours include nights and weekends but that is also when it is busiest and you make the most money,
