Managers at City and Ashley write you up if you are a minute late, doesn't matter why - they don't care. Have a good reason, doesn't matter they write you up anyway. It's like public shaming if you are late. Certainly doesn't matter that when you close you stay at least 10 minutes over, you can't just drop that customer and go. There should be flexibility here - they want you to arrive early and stay late. Plus if you are not on pace to make the high goals they set for you, they want you to come in and work on your days off or "Life" which means you get to work all day from 9:30 - 9:00. Pretty much suck you dry. Too many sales people on the floor.

- Hard to get your foot in the door, City hires/promotes from within -You may need to start at a lower level of employment and work your way up -Vacation time not available until 1 year anniversary (rough, considering lots of good companies are giving vacation time quickly) -Pay is not competitive
