      Fun work environment, easy job.

      Cons

      Too much focus on numbers each month. They also restructured the bonus compensation and made it much more difficult to bonus each month.

      If you want a career ,City is the best place for you . You can start in sales and became a GM . The sky as no limits . City give you the Opportunity to grow . I have suggested several people to work for City because I truly love my showroom,my CEO his family and everyone is amazing ,they always doing their best to improve the company and the quality of the work environment.

      Cons

      I have no down side, I absolutely love City.

      City Furniture provides a work environment characterized by learning, collaboration, and forward thinking. As the company continues to grow, it has an ever increasing amount of career opportunities, and champions "promotion from within," leading to leaders and associates having access to ample amounts of greater challenges to take on, and upward career mobility.

      Cons

      City Furniture is a fast growing company, and as is true with any organization that is scaling quickly, there are growing pains. An adaptable, problem-solving mindset are a must to successfully navigate a growing organization's landscape.
