      Pros

      - Some kind people there - Corporate casual dress - Small exercise room at corporate - Free tea/coffee; if I'm listing this, that means I'm really searching in my head for anything positive.

      Cons

      - Outdated technology/systems being used - High turnover, incredibly high at the warehouses - Compensation is all over the place - Lack of communication and overall leadership leading to mixed messaging - Kind people and lifers doesn't mean they are good at their jobs unfortunately - "Fires" to put out all the time

      Plenty of Overtime, No Time for Family

      Pros

      You can make as much money as you want. There is always plenty of overtime - some voluntary, mostly mandatory.

      Cons

      There is no way to balance a professional career here with a family life. As stated, most of the overtime is mandatory and last minute. I have been in line to punch out at the end of a shift and approached by management with mandatory overtime and no time to call home to inform them.
