Have yet to see promoting from within at this building. Other buildings to do not go off of this same philosophy.

Pros

- Coworkers in the department are really great to work with. - Decent benefits and salary.

Cons

- High stress environment due to the department being stretched too thin. Constantly under pressure by upper management to produce unrealistic results (at the department management, VP, and customer levels). - 80% travel even though job description topped out at 40% - No upwards mobility or defined career path. - Very easy to get burnt out due to workload. - Very toxic work environment and overall morale after heavy emphasis/push on a certain customer.
