Pros
Good, work balance for the most part, nice bright open floor plan, corporate lunch every wednesday in the cafeteria. CEO is friendly, CIO is very up with the times culture is pretty decent.
Cons
Slow growth, Service desk analysts are often thrown with other tasks that other groups should have their own after hours support and not give it to support center since they are already working. Unless more pay for additional work is been done (not a con but a employee to possible candidate beware) Old methodology, not quick for current trends on technology. We use a outdated software that's a home brew WMS on the os/400 OS on the ibm iseries.
