Pros

- Some kind people there - Corporate casual dress - Small exercise room at corporate - Free tea/coffee; if I'm listing this, that means I'm really searching in my head for anything positive.

Cons

- Outdated technology/systems being used - High turnover, incredibly high at the warehouses - Compensation is all over the place - Lack of communication and overall leadership leading to mixed messaging - Kind people and lifers doesn't mean they are good at their jobs unfortunately - "Fires" to put out all the time

Good Environment but for less than what you should be making

Pros

DSC provides a good work/life balance, with room for promotion and to chances to broaden your skill set by working in various departments.

Cons

The pay is below market average for middle management and analyst positions. There is a reason why the average tenure for a Manager or analyst is less than 5 years and for a Senior Manager and above the tenure is 10+, significantly better pay for the higher positions. Bonuses only paid to Sr. Manager and above.

Great benefits, earn vacation time right away. Reasonable salary and insurance prices for employees are affordable. Many benefits to choose from. Three tier health insurance plans.

Cons

New management not interested in actually learning how processes work effectively. Management making statements such as, I didn't attend college to operate a forklift. Managers calling hourly employees on their days off to ask for assistance but do not return the same favor.
