Pros

No production requirement. Some employees are decent.

Cons

Hazardous environment, people spreading blood, boogers, and urine on everything but where it belongs including on the warehouse floor. Employees operate heavy machinery while intoxicated. Good old boy system between management and employees. I wouldn't give it a star to be honest. Not the place you wanna work. Really depressing environment to be honest.

Pros

- Some of the people you work with are easy to get along with. - Somewhat steady pay. - Not very complicated.

Cons

- The people who are naturally hard-working, are continually expected to work harder and harder. - The people who are lazy are continually allowed to carry on doing as little as possible. - The rate of pay is a bit low for the industry. - There is a massive amount of mutual disrespect between management and floor personnel. - The production "POP Score" is unbalanced in such a way that the harder you work, the harder it is to maintain a decent score. - You are often approached with less than 30 minutes left on your shift and told that you are required to stay for an additional 2-4 hours mandatory overtime. If you can't stay over, you will be given half of an attendance point. If you accumulate 10 points, you're fired.
