      The time off is good.

      Cons

      The management there needs alot of improving! They tend to do thing dirty and underhanded with employees!!! Most believe they are trying to get rid of the older employees and jus hiring temps.

      Family-like atmosphere and friendly staff. Caring management for the most past. Pays competively. Clean facility. Comprehensive (if not overdone) interviewing process.

      Cons

      Disorganization from the top down. Lack of consistency/clarity in ways of conducting business. Honest/tangible feedback rarely provided. Limited professional growth/developmental opportunities, particularly for hourly workers. Professional staffing resources limited compared to relatively heavy workload/executables. Healthy work/life balance not embraced in current culture. IT infrastructure/systems outdated. Apathy runs rampant among management staff. Lack of on-boarding to ensure employees long-term success.
