Pros
-Casual attire daily in the office with a laid back atmosphere. -Good work /life balance if you develop a routine no need to bring or worry about task at home. -Generous PTO and sick time. Managers are flexible and understanding with needing time off or working from home if needed. - Opportunities to transition into different roles within the company - Free lunch every month. Once a week there is free bagels and juice
Cons
Lots of them! -High turnover with difficulty to retain talent. The on boarding process is terrible. New hires are quickly thrown onto current employees to train while management forgets about them and carry on with their own duties. New hires are left confused with no direction and uncertainty. -Some managers don't give no direction to their teams or set any team or individual goals. Only direction that's given is when "dashboards" are too high or if an email is missed. You could go weeks and even months with no communication from them about goals or process. -Some managers lack knowledge of their own teams customers and process. At times it feels like the analyst is teaching /training the Managers instead. The analyst are doing most of the heavy lifting while managers sit on the throne and tell the staff what is wrong with limited phrase. -Remote option is available (3 days in the office). However it's dangled in everyone's faces every couple months as it is uncertain that leadership will keep this option permanently. -The office is outdated and dirty. There is not one day goes by where you don't see a bug or rodent. -Ideas and processes is encouraged by leadership but hardly nothing is done to improve.
