Decent paying job, many good hardworking coworkers

Cons

Very stressful, must work at fastest pace for entire day, cutthroat, no job security, lies during recruitment, can't even go to the bathroom without killing your numbers for the day, 6 days per week, 10-12 hrs per day, very few advancement opportunities, company just sold to CJ logistics (Korean company), no longer a good family owned company, 70% turnover in forklift operators (operations specialists)

There are really good people in certain positions. This company has some of the right individuals to affect change. It's all about working together as one though.

Cons

The leadership team can stand to get organized. I felt like communication and stuff alike left a little to be desired. Some of their policies are a little outdated too in my opinion.
