      Enjoyed learning something new. Most of the people I work with are Team Players. No raise for 18 months due to the date I started.

      Lack of cross training and poor upper management communication.

      Some managers want to do what is right.

      Cons

      Micro managed by HR, Top manager has zero interest in what's going on. In my two years there I saw him on the floor once. No HR support for management, employees get away with almost everything, long breaks, smoking anytime they want, poor performance and quality. All shifts are held to different standards.
