      Pros

      -In the Tech department (a.k.a TES), there are many opportunities to gain experience in various logistics sectors, such as warehouse management, fulfillment, parcel service, last mile delivery, and even forwarding. - The workload is relatively low in the TES department. - - There is a 40% discount on cosmetics and food products for employees, through the retail and food business of CJ, which is the number one company in Korea in this sector.

      Cons

      - There is a risk of being overtaken by Coupang (the Korean equivalent of Amazon), similar to how FedEx was overtaken by Amazon in the USA. - Due to tedious office politics, it's difficult to work smoothly. -One of the "Chaebol"-managed companies in Korea, where the survival and fate of the company depend on the decisions of leader group.

      Where do I begin. Everybody pretty much makes the same. There is a temp in unpacking that makes more than me and I drive a forklift. Every 6 months you get a 15-20 cent raise. It's not worth it.

      Pros

      The pay is there. Overtime is there if you want it. Great working environment in terms of your direct peers.

      Cons

      The benefits are horrible, they really need to offer better medical insurance. You get only one choice. A $5,000 deductible for a single person is ridiculous. Disorganized and lack of communication between departments.
