Teamwork is non existent, Required overtime every week regardless if it is truly needed, Lack of communication between the different levels of management causing issues throughout the company. Pay is not competitive anymore

Weekends, paycheck, CJ has the chance start a new brand

Cons

You will get over worked. You will get burnt out. You will not get trained. If they follow DSC mindset. If you work in the TMC you will not have a life. Forget any plans you have outside of work. Working 12 hours is normal M-F. Guidance from transportation IT and direct operations managers thinking this is acceptable. Do you actually think people should sit around waiting by a computer until midnight?
