Great residents and families Coworkers are understanding Personally, commute was fine (trying to reach 20 work minimum... this place sucks)

Cons

Horrible managers. Very unqualified social workers and therapists in management roles. Managers always in offices talking to each other or on personal phone calls. Managers love to yell at you and tell you what to do while they don’t know half of what goes on on the floor.

Great team members including nurse managers, social workers, therapy and dietary. Beautiful facility and grounds

Cons

Morale at all time low. Workloads are out of control. Financial / staff cuts are hurting patient care. High turnover in management and admissions is the writing on the wall.
