Pros

I can only speak to the DF location. Wonderful place to work. I love the residents and their families. I love my team and supportive Director. Departments all help each other out to do the best for our residents and programs. Everyone truly cares for the residents who live there. Flexible with days off when needed as long as there is enough staff. Terrific benefits and PTO.

Cons

The hardest part is becoming attached to the residents. When they pass away, it’s like losing members of your family.
