-Great healthcare benefits and coverage -Nice coworkers who work hard -HR and management teams who attempt to make you feel welcome and appreciated

Cons

-Poor communication between departments and within departments -Revolving doors or managers and CNAs, no stability provided -Staffing is becoming and issue so much I feel like I live at the facility -No help with tuition assistance or going back to school
