Pros

Good pay, lots of friendly co-workers, and a great mission. Well-known in the community for being a great resource for the elderly.

Cons

Management is unwilling to make much-needed changes, especially at Lieberman Center. Lack of accountability from management. Way too much turnover in leadership staff.

Pros

Great benefits and Vacation/sick time. Great people, fun environment. lots of autonomy in certain roles. HR people are helpful and friendly. Leadership tries hard to remain connected to staff.

Cons

Social services agencies all suffer the same, they lack the cash to hire outside so they promote people from within, occasionally resulting in people moving into jobs they're not qualified for.
