      Great opportunities for connections, but limited PTO and below average pay

      Pros

      Young talent, activities outside of usual work. Amazing place to make long lasting connections

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO that's never available. In reality you can only take up to 2 weeks and even then, it's up to managing partner's discretion and frowned upon. Salary range below industry standards. Good place to start and leave after couple years.

      Good place to gain hands-on experience and build your resume.

      I entered this role excited to learn and contribute, but left feeling that professionalism, mentorship, and fairness were lacking. High performers were not always recognized, concerns were not always handled with discretion, and there appeared to be a significant gap between the firm's stated values and day-to-day practices. Because the organization is built through mergers and acquisitions, leadership positions do not always appear to be filled based on demonstrated leadership ability, mentorship skills, or operational excellence.
