      Pros

      Great exposure to a variety of clients. You get to put a large public accounting firm on your resume.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Bosses are clickish and pick favorites. Pay is well below market. If you do somehow manage to get your billable hours, management will then start talking about realization. No bonuses.

      Flexible PTO, good benefits,good coworkers

      Cons

      Do not work here unless you are a young white male. You are not valued if you are not a CPA. Compensation is a joke. Do not drink the “CLA family” koolaid. Managers are negative and love to gossip. Long hours.

      Pros

      Lots of career path choices, including an alumni path.

      Cons

      Lots of pressure to hit charge hour budgets. Below market compensation. Chaotic management in some offices. Too much "touchy-feely" HR stuff to attract snowflake millennials to the "CLA Family". (Note to management - my job is not my family and I don't want to blend the two together.)
