Pros

benefits, extent of clients, and nothing else

Cons

I would exercise caution when joining this company. I joined recently and I was let go for unknown reasons and when I went to go seek feedback I was told specific items that didn't apply to me. They talk about family and no one has your back. They scheduled time to talk a day before and let me go. They didn't care about developing me, or giving me any consideration on letting me know of any potential issues. This place is a turnover firm and if not, they will let you go without cause. This comes with the territory of at will employment but I would stay away

Pros

Not a whole lot in my eyes

Cons

Had a manager verbally abuse me for months. Brought it up per their handbook policy to HR, other managers, senior management and the individual themselves and it only got worse. Literally never treated that poor in my life and then my career advancement was threatened by other senior management. Made my decision to leave very easy. Word to the wise-listen to your staff and don’t threaten them. I wasn’t the first to quit because this person and I won’t be the last. Truly it’s pathetic. The model assumes everyone is a good manager and everyone knows that’s just not true.

Pros

It is a decent place to learn. Its a great resume builder.

Cons

They billed us at 44 hours a week, saying that they pay at least 10% more than the competition. Our team had high turnover and everybody was leaving for fewer hours, more flexible work schedules, and better pay. Most people ended up quitting for a raise. The company demanded 37 billable (actual working hours) per week, which did not include assisting/training teammates, checking email, updating billing, or meetings. It was difficult to hit hours and impossible to get ahead.
