      Able to move out at higher salary.

      Cons

      Mgmt is awful - esp. in DC. Completely out of touch - no intention of forming lasting relationships with associates. Say one thing, and does another. Stay away.

      The benefits were decent PTO was decent

      Cons

      They are so cheap they expect you to pay for your hotel and rental car then it takes them a month to reimburse you. The management doesn't know the first thing about supervising, just complaining. Very self-centered arrogant is a key to being a director or principal. More interested in those that suck up to them. The turnover is comparableto a McDonalds. They say they are career builders, what a joke.
