Pros
The Company has multiple service lines and many different clients from various industries. The good thing there is a lot of opportunity to find something you like to work on.
Cons
The Company seems to push their firm lingo a little too much on their employees such as changing the term “busy season” to “opportunity season” and using other company lingo as well is a bit overwhelming and also rather strange. It’s a top 8 firm yet their salaries are way below market value even though they claim they factor in other Big 4 Firms when setting their compensation levels. Also, there are no bonuses as they claim the annual bonus is baked into the annual salary increases. Overall, you’re expected to work like you’re at a Big 4 but there are far less benefits offered than an actual Big 4.
