too many billable hours, too many useless meetings, peer coach and career coach is useless

I think the company's attitude towards growth and innovation is great. I think the culture and values are great on paper, but it just doesn't translate (in my opinion) to the office and individual departments. It feels disconnected, there's a lack of communication from management and the charge hour budget isn't realistic. The training I experienced was basically non-existent and I've been expected to find my own work in order to meet my budget commitments.
