None - Not even the extra benefits would make me consider staying
Cons
The group I worked in made it feel like a hostile work environment. They acted as we were back in high school - super cliquey. Upper management was so disorganized and did not care that I was overworked. I had no "slow season" in 2024. Pay raise is miniscule for the amount of work done (1%). They do not treat their employees as "family". Seniors on the team would be throwing other staff and seniors under the bus in front of management if something was going wrong on the project.
