The culture is very positive. I love my team and my direct supervisor. Although they no longer hire 100% remote, I was grandfathered in as a remote hire and love that flexibility. I love being able to work independently and be entrusted with responsibility of impeccable client service.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive with other firms. This year's annual review was less than last year for what I felt was the same or better grown on my part, but since the company had a bad year we all got stiffed. When I asked if the decrease from last year's raise was due to my performance or more of a firm-wide issue, I got a very diplomatic and non-specific answer from the CFO.

Depending on what office you work at: - Micromanaging - Chaotic - Stressful environment with no work/life balance - Too many required meetings that are a waste of time and could’ve been an email - Low Pay & High Expectations - High hours requirements - On the job training is not good and leaves employees feeling stressed and confused most days.
