Pros

Only pro I can think of is good pay

Cons

Uncomfortable lack of diversity - won't fit in if you are not white/wealthy/conservative, narrow-minded and judgmental coworkers, lack of communication and lack of respect from managers/partners

Pros

Diverse business clients and softwares to learn from and enhance your accounting skills. Good opportunity for the recent college/university graduates. Get experience here for 1-2 years then switch to new job for long-term career and good pay.

Cons

Less pay for the amount of work they make you do.
